Today is the last day of March and it's time to share the March edition of our 12 Kits of Occasions cards. This month our hostess is Marybeth Lopez of Marybeth's Time for Paper. Our kit this month was right up her alley and it really showed in the beautiful kit she put together for us. The theme is Song of the South and our ingredients just scream country, homespun, down on the farm and canning in the kitchen goodness. I had such a fun time pairing up the beautiful patterned papers with the sweet stamped images and die cuts. Here's a picture of the kit ingredients that Marybeth sent us:
I'm going to share my favorite card first...I love the cute PTI On the Farm animal die cuts.
I colored the sunburst with copics and popped up the cloud frame with foam. This card was such fin to out together...I had to make myself stop from adding just one more little thing!
My second card uses one of the cute supersized banners and a yummy-looking cupcake served on an elegant country dish.
I loved the little chef and the What's Cooking sentiment...my third card came together in no time.
I saved the cute canning jars for my last card...nothing says country like those PTI jars!
I hope you will check out our 12 kits of Occasions blog...there you will find out more about our 12 Kits of Occasions group with links to the other members of our group and their beautiful cards made with Marybeth's kit. You'll also find a detailed list of this month's kit ingredients. We also are lucky enough to have a guest designer joining us this month. Renee Lynch of It's A Patchwork Life who also happens to be the founder of our little group is joining us and I am sure she put her Tennessee country charm into her cards.
Thank you Marybeth for a very fun month...I really loved this kit!

Oh, Cathy--each card is absolutely perfect and made me think to myself--oh, why didn't I think of that? Love how you used those on the farm animals and brilliant idea to color that sunburst. Now, why didn't I think of that? And, love how you used those canning jars as well.
I cant tell you how much I wanted to use that sun ray and clouds - and here you put them both together seamlessly! Totally casing that! You really blow me away with all your beautiful designs I am so glad to see your projects today. Really stunning my friend!
Love them all Cathy....but your first card using the clouds and sun rays is just over the top fabulous. I did not use either of those dies, saving them for the perfect card and you made it! Your final card is just so adorable too, love how you paired those sweet polka dot canning jars, just about as sweet as can be.
LOVE these to bits Cathy!! What a fun kit you girls had to work with. Your polka dot jars have me swooning!!
Cathy, I can see why you had so much fun! This kit has had me visit each and every one of you talented ladies to marvel at your handiwork. SO pleased I did! If I HAD to pick a favourite, that sunburst one upfront just says it all! I want to hang it in my kitchen! Thanks for sharing!
Cathy these are all wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the sunshine card so much! And that cupcake card looks good enough to eat! And a sweet chef and mason jars too! All are FABULOUS! Love what you created my dear!
Love each beautiful card, Cathy! But I extra-love the sunny cloud framed card the mostest! The sweet farm animals were the perfect touch!
These are darling country cards Cathy! I love your first farm card such a cute idea! Love the way you used the jars with the” Thanks”. The sparkle on the cupcake liner is a fun idea! So happy you had some time to play. Bet you are enjoying Jax!
These are all pretty cards...Your favorite card was my favorite card too.
Love every one of these, Cathy! So sorry I am slow getting around to all the blogs. Your sunray design is awesome! The mix of patterned papers and the fun animals make it such a wonderful country design. And speaking of country, the jars are perfect! Love your great design!
Hi Cathy! Oh my gosh I love that yellow sunrise and how you combined it with the negative of the clouds! WoW! The cupcake with the banner die cut and the chef--how fun. My favourite piece was that banner die and I especially love how you used it with the jars!
These cards are my cup of tea!!! So charming!!!
