It's been a long time since we had a 4 of a Kind post...and this month will be our last for awhile...lots going on with everyone in our group, so I tried to make the most of our last kit. This month's hostess is Kim Heggins of Cupcakes, Cards & Kim. No surprise that Kim went way, way overboard with all of our supplies for a Coffee and Tea themed kit. Here's a peek of the kit ingredients:
You can't see it from the picture, but there is a gigantic stack of patterned papers to choose from and lots of other little embellishments too. One of the cutest things in the kit was a "Ready to Assemble" Tea Caddy. Despite Kim printing out very detailed instructions, pre-cutting all of the pieces and a tutorial link from Renee, I still managed to screw mine up and wrecked it. So....here are the four cards I made minus the tea caddy. So sorry Kim...it was cute!
The first card is all sparkly and shows off the cute steam swirl Kim gave us to use.
My second card highlighted all the cute tag, ribbon and flowers from our kit. Don't you love that sentiment?
I used some Lil Inker Stitched dies for my third card along with one of the cute speech bubble sentiments from our kit.
My last card was the most fun to make. I loved all of the patterned papers from the kit and mixed and matched them to create the chevron background. Lots of glue on my fingers with this one!
We have a special guest joining us this month...you all know her, love her and CASE her cards all the time...Tracey McNeely of In My Creative Opinion.
Thank you Kim for a fabulous kit this month!

Cathy you rocked the kit! So many fabulous uses of the ingredients. I love how you decorated the mug on your first card and how you used the LI chevron die with all the different patterns. So excited to be your guest this month!
Cathy...you are amazing and I feel so bad that your little tea caddy did not work out. I love, love all of your cards, you put so much into each and every one. I love the bits of sparkly you gave your steam...what did you use, it looks like decorative sugar, just so fun. And the sweet little roses, so clever to add them to your beautiful bow, just love it. Like Tracey, I love how you used so many of the patterned paper pieces, you did fabulous things with them.
I love your bright and cheerful cards from the kit, Cathy! And I giggled at your honesty about screwing up the tea caddy! Hey, we all do those things!! Happy Easter/ Happy Spring! Hugs, Darnell
Cathy these are FABULOUS!!!
I love each and every one and I'm trying to figure out that 2nd one with the stitched top and bottom...
spill the beans friend!! :)
These are all incredible...
you make my simple little ditty's look well...

Way to rock that kit!!!
How FUN are these Cathy!! I love the cheerful designs and your happy colors!!
Looks like a fabulous kit and you really showed off some of the patterned papers. Love all your bright, cheerful designs! Great job with the LI chevron cover plate. It is pretty time consuming but the results are worth it--love the papers you used.
Fantastic cards!! I love the mixture of patterns on the last card especially! Mixing patterns is something I have yet to master and the way you did it makes it look so effortless. Love the use of sequins to mimic steam from the coffee on the third card - so cool!! Thank you for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment, it definitely made my morning!!
Wow Cathy! What an amazing bunch of cards! I want coffee now too! Love, love ,love this last card! That turned out gorgeous ....well worth all the time and effort.
Happy Easter!
Such a fun theme! Great cards!!
Wow--Cathy. I love everything you made with this kit. And, boo hoo, I had forgotten that we are taking a break, so that made me sad to remember. I love how you used the patterned papers, the glitter on the coffee steam, and, most especially your last card with the cover plate. You have inspired me to pull that one out and play with it. It's been a while.
Oh how fun! I love the glittery steam rising up from the striped cup, your pretty bows, twine accents, and that yummy heart button. Great kit! You done good girl!
Love the fun play of patterns on ur card, you totally rocked this kit :)
