I used some of the patterned papers that Joyce sent and also impressed the navy paper with the linen/canvas impression plate by PTI. I really liked the Tag Sale #6 die cut from the patterned paper and added some of the pretty ribbon that Joyce sent us as well as a teeny snippet of twine.
My second card also uses the patterned paper, another Tag Sale die cut and a Memory Box Whimsy Circle die cut. Since presents are a big part of Hanukkah, I added one of the packages that Joyce included in our kits.
Since I had never made a Favor-It gift box before, I was so excited to give one a try using the die cut pieces Joyce sent us. I also made a little card to go along with it:
It was super easy to put together and I used one of the little sentiment triangles, the end pieces from Tag Sale #6 and another Whimsy Circle, tying it all up with some Harvest Gold ribbon from our kit. The card is made with a Menorah die cut and dotted with a few stickler for some sparkle.
Thank you Joyce, for a really great kit. I really enjoyed making these Hanukkah projects. It was a lot of fun to make something a bit different and I have enough ingredients left over to make several more Hanukkah cards once I have seen the great cards made by the other talented ladies in our 12 Kits group.

Wow, Cathy. I love all the projects that you made. You have thought of things in ways I never did--I'm so glad I have all the goods to case you. What a clever idea to use part of that tag die as a background, and I love your stickled menorah.
Fabulous!!!
Love the way you used the tag as the card front...
never thought of that...
but I do still have! ;)
And the stickles...
I have some and forgot about them and wanted to do something with the Menorah...
but my gems were all too big...
another "Duh!" moment...
thanks!*giggle*
You did such an awesome job with all of this...
just love it all! :)
Cathy, No challenge here... look at all the fab things you make. Looks like a party going on - the pretty tags, the gift box, and the present dies. I really like that last shot - the gift box - with the tag eyelet with the pearls - very clever, and the way you did the Menorah CAS the yellow on blue really pops off the page! Well done!

So pretty! I especially love the last two projects:) Thanks for the ideas for Hanukkah!
Cathy, wow, so amazing! I really loved what you did with Joyce's kit, so creative and clever, festive and fun! Your second card is my favorite with the two patterned papers, dotted ribbon with the tag all dolled up, amazing! Your little treat holder too is so adorable, and I am so happy that I have some left over supplies to case a few of your creations.
Cathy, I love how you embellished the Menorah candles! A touch that I certainly did not think of. The other thing I see here is how you used the "tab" from one of the tags to layer behind the triangles! Especially putting the yellow pearls in the "holes"! I love this and will definitely try this!
Wow! I am really loving what everyone did this month with this kit! Your cards are just gorgeous! I love your layering and how you used the patterned papers! I am loving that Whimsy die cut!!! I just may have to pick one of those up! And you know what I loved the most that you did...was how you used the Tag Sale #6 doohickey on the treat box! I spotted it right away! I love that you found another use for it like that!
Cathy you made such wonderful projects with Joyce's Hanukkah kit. Your cards are all fantastic and that treat holder is so so cute!
Wow, Cathy--every one of these is just amazing! You used things in ways I never thought of but luckily, like Renee, I have some hoarded supplies ready!! Love how you used the tag on the first card--and what a fabulous CAS design! The combo of patterned papers on the next card is awesome and love how you added the matching package! Never thought of using a Mat Stack die for a base for circle images nor the Whimsy die cut on the gift box. Just so much to save in my inspiration file!!
Oh my goodness, Cathy, it is too hard to decide what I like the best! I love the way you used Mat Stack 3 on the last card and added the blue stickles to the flames...that looks awesome! But I think the gift bag is my favorite, it looks so cute and delicate at the same time, and the layering of the triangles was a great idea! Love that big double yellow bow. The cute present on the second card is so cheerful And the tag on the first looks great, loving the texture too :)
Beautiful projects Cathy! Love how you used those little tags on the larger tags. The treat box with the triangle and pearls is so sweet. Love the bit of glitter bling on the Menorah. The second card and all the beautiful items you used on it ,is gorgeous. This was such a fun kit. You did a great job with this one !
Beautiful projects!! So so pretty!! This kit was so fun to work with!
Hi Cathy - I enjoyed looking at your projects! I love all the special little touches you added - like using the tag topper on your card! Everyone has made such beautiful Chanukah projects! Love all the inspiration you provided!!!
Your first card is one of my favorites this month, Cathy! I wasn't sure how to use that tag, but I love your design. The mix of papers on the second one is fantastic, and I can't wait to use one of the doilies behind one of those labels--it looks perfect. Love the little treat box and square card, too! Fantastic job with this kit, Cathy!
I'm with Christina! I had no idea what to do with the tag that you used in your first card, but it's so beautiful here! Especially the double bow...I also love what you did with the mat stack die!
Cathy everything is WONDERFUL! I LOVE you girls switched up your kit this month! Fun idea!!
Have a GREAT day!!
