Look Who's Turning 1

I wasn't satisfied with my last card. I loved the color combo but didn't like the size of the Label 4 compared with the rest of the card. I re-worked it and made the card slightly bigger (A6) and used some melon berry cardstock as an additional frame around the image and embossed the bottom half of the card with a cuttlebug embossing folder. When I photographed the card I added a picture of my absolutely adorable great-niece Hayley (wow, does that make me feel old) who turns 1 on Feb 15. She was born early and only weighed exactly 3lbs. As you can see she has caught up and has brought so much joy to our family. This Women of Life image reminds me of Spring and I am going to have a hard time not using it on most of my cards.
Details:
Cardstock: White, Melon Berry, Raspberry Fizz, Spring Moss
Ink: Raspberry Fizz, Terracota Tile, Hibiscus Burst
Stamps: PTI Women of Life, My Favorite Things Blingbers for sentiment and #1
Extras: Cuttlebug embossing folder, Martha Stewart punch, prisma glitter, glitter pen, rhinestones

This card is darling, but I also think your first one is just fabulous -- we're always our worst critics, aren't we? I posted one recently I'd love to just take down! (sigh)
