Here is my take on the card, slightly different, but still very recognizable as Laurie's original idea. Thank you Laurie!
The base card is Vintage Cream impressed with the Linen Impression plate. I used my new Parisian doily die with Hibiscus Burst cardstock. Those doilies are gorgeous. I can not believe how beautiful they are in something other than "white". I didn't even mind punching out the little pieces, only took about a minute. I used Larger than Life on Mat Stack #4, impressed with the Woodgrain impression plate. The sentiment is from Birds of a Feather. I didn't have Spring Moss ribbon, so I substituted Simply Chartreuse instead. After I got a good look at the picture, I trimmed the tails of the bow just a bit. I think it was just a little too long for this card. I need to order up some more ribbon colors to go along with the beautiful doilies I plan to be making. Get ready to see a lot of "Inspired by Laurie" cards coming in the near future. She is truly an inspiration to me.
Isn't Laurie awesome?
Everyday she will take my breath away...
And this is gorgeous!

Your card is beautiful…love the color combo and the HB doily is fantastic! I totally agree with you about Laurie…she's just amazing!
Gorgeous. The colors are great...the green ribbon just adds a pop of WOW!
Oh my goodness Cathy!! First off your card is gorgeous! I love the woodgrain and that doily! Your bow is fantastic and those roses are super cute! I really appreciate your sweet words! Thanks for sending me this link! You totally made my day!
Your card is really beautiful, Cathy! Love the doily background and I totally agree that Laurie is great for inspiration!! :)
Oh Cathy, this card is positively dreamy! I am so dazzled by this card, everything works together flawlessly from doily to the darling rose trio, the impressed background to the heavenly bow with the longish tails. Do you know what? I think the longish tails is what I love the most about this card. Seriously, if they were shorter everything may have had a more overly manicured/clinical appearence. The ribbon tails, to me, give it a really wonderful, warm personal and very loving touch. Just what you want in a sympathy card. Yay for the longer tails! This is a real stunner!
This is gorgeous. Every time I see these doilies it makes me want that die more & more. I love the wood grain on yours.
I also admit to wondering if doilies would be cute in other colors... they are fabulous!! I LOVE it in HIbiscus - so lovely! Your card is beautiful and the colors are perfect together...
Really really stunning! Great use of the impression plate, doily and mat stack!

Simply STUNNING! The embossed Mat Stack with the leaves and flowers is gorgeous, I just love this card!
Love the woodgrain impression with Life stamped on the mat stack. What I like most is your bow (with the tails) and that pink doily!
This is just beautiful. Such a soft color combination that is perfect for a sympathy card. I think I should have bought that doily die...
This is so beautiful Cathy! Love that pink doily and the main sentiment panel. Such a pretty card.
