12 Kits of Occasions - July with Tracey!

I'm on vacation and you'll have to forgive my brief blog post, but today is the last day of the month, and time to share the cards I made with This month's 12 Kits of Occasions goodies! All from Tracey McNeely, our hostess this month! Tracey worked very hard combining beautiful patterned papers, stamps, dies and sentiments that made me wish it was closer to Christmas already.

This is a picture of this month's ingredients:

Here's what I made:

As you can see, I had lots of fun with this kit giving me a head start on my Christmas cards for 2014. As always, please check out the other cards made by the members of the 12 Kits of Occasions on our blog and Facebook.

Thank you Tracey for a great kit and hours of fun using it!

These are fabulous! I love your pillow box and I had the hardest time choosing a favorite card....but I think it is the one with the snowman and the tree in the negative die cut that looks like a brick wall. I love it.

Wow, your pillow box is so festive! Love how you used some of the printed sentiment cards that came with the kit. Loads of great layouts and paper combos too. Love the snowman and tree! I still have the brick paper--great idea to use it behind a cut out.

Cathy...simply adorable, each and everyone of them! I was stumped with that sweet Charlie Brown tree and love what you did with and can't wait to pull out my leftovers. So sweet with that little jingle bell on the top. I really love all your layering of patterned paper, just stunning Cathy!

Amazing bunch of cards, Cathy. You really managed to make quite a bit while you were on vacation--I can see you even brought some of your own supplies. I love the card that has 'no peeking' at the bottom, like it is peeking out--and great idea to put those jingle bells on the tree and the snowman.

Cathy I love how both you and Tracey highlighted the word Merry on your tags! Then the snowman and the stick tree card are too serene... makes me wish for winter! I also love how you added all the bling around the sentiment on the other snowman card!
