|Ribbon Reel #46|
|Mojo Monday #279|
I love how pretty that rose cake looks, and what a coincidence that I just bought the exact same cake plate to use at my daughter-in-law's bridal shower this coming Saturday.
Here's my card:
Ribbon Reel Challenge #46 is to use pink and yellow and to use either roses, twine or ribbon on the card. I used some rose floral paper (Crate Paper, Little Bo Peep Collection) and also made a throw pillow using twine as well as wrapped some additional twine around the focal point. That cute little cat die is from Impression Obsession and is called Sitting Cat. Who doesn't love sitting on a comfy couch with your sweet cat there to make you feel all better? I am hoping everyone is healthy and well at your house, and if not, "hoping you're fully Re-covered soon!"
EEK! This is adorable! I love the zig zags that make this look like swatches for recovering your sofa! Beautiful details - the little twine sofa pillow and that kitty! I love this Cathy!
This is adorable Cathy. Love the cat up front.
Love love love this Cathy! All the fun papers and that awesome couch and sentiment! This is perfect for anyone just feeling under the weather.
What a sweet card. I love how you have mixed and matched all those papers. Your twin pillow is such a perfect touch, and now I need that cat die!
I'm swooning over the twine pillow, Cathy! This is adorable!
How fun that you bought the same cake plate, it's beautiful!
Your get well card is so pretty too! The zig zags go perfectly with the cake plate edge.
I bet you are going a mile a minute getting ready for the shower. Have fun ,bet it will be beautiful !
That is one of my favorite sets too. And the colors look 'yummy'--first thing I thought of when looking at the pink & yellow card. And I hadn't even looked at the cake! I bet the shower will be wonderful!
This is just gorgeous Cathy, I love the papers, they are a perfect match with the inspiration photo! Yum!
