Mojo Monday #200

Hip Hip Hooray!  Hoorah!  Yipee!  Yes, that is about as cheery as I can get for today's card is for Mojo Monday Sketch #200!  For all the details about this great big occasion and the challenge with lots of PRIZES, here is the link and a peek at the great sketch for this week:
Isn't this a great sketch?
Here is my card based on this sketch.
Th
I have to say this is one of my all time favorite cards.  I think it is just so elegant for a wedding card.  I got to use my new Waltzingmouse stamps again on this one.  I used You're Lovely which has a gorgeous long dress perfect as a wedding or prom dress.  The sentiment is from Big Day Additions, also a new Waltzingmouse stamp set with beautiful, swirly and elegant sentiments for a wedding day.  It is embossed with Vintage Cream ink and clear embossing powder.  The card is made on a Vintage Cream cardbase embossed with a cuttlebug embossing folder.  The dark chocolate oval is also impressed with the PTI Linen and Canvas impression plate.  If you look closely, you will see that the dress has a damask print stamped on it and a layer of vellum adhered over it to really soften the look.  A border of from Damask Designs is layered along the edge with a row of pearls to sparkle it up.  Makes me wish I had more weddings to go to now that I have these new wedding day stamp sets!  Thanks for taking a look.

Wow! I'm speechless. There are so many incredible elements to this card, I don't even know where to start. How about the damask embossing matching the damask stamping. And the row of pearls, and the beautiful white embossing, and the vellum, and on and on. This a sure fire winner, and I think the lucky bride who receives it will surely appreciate it.

Just so beautiful! I do love this stamp - the dress can be as elegant as this damask beauty, to simple like my gingham one
